About the innovative strength of the socoto community

Live events are at the heart of customer communication. That’s why our customer events – the Marketing Management Day (MMD) and the Content Management Day (CMD) – have been a firm fixture in our annual planning for years. This is where people and brands come together, where relaxed networking takes place and where the socoto community grows. And the exchange of ideas at eye level always generates impulses that flow into the further development of socoto systems.

Two formats, two target groups

For those who are not yet familiar with our customer events: the Content Management Day (CMD) is primarily aimed at system users and content managers who work operationally with socoto’s integrated Content Management Systems. The focus here is on practical insights, feature innovations and the exchange of information on specific workflows.
We designed the Marketing Management Day (MMD) for strategically orientated marketing managers, such as those at corporate or brand management level. This event focuses on customer experience reports, trends, technological developments and the long-term orientation of marketing processes.

Intensive knowledge exchange in real time

One of our key objectives is to present the latest innovations and best practices at our events, while responding immediately to feedback. At CMD 2025, for example, we presented new features in CMS 5.0, including improved Digital Asset Management and innovations in Campaign Management in MMS, and also clarified the expert queries of the participants. This direct communication always ensures a high level of transparency: our customers know what we are working on and can raise their concerns immediately.

Community building and networking

Our customer events bring together marketing managers, system users, agencies and internal teams in an inspiring environment and with plenty of opportunity for personal dialogue. Such encounters strengthen communication between socoto and users, and they also promote exchange between customers: who chooses which approach, what experiences have been made, what challenges are currently being mastered – all these questions from practical application are incorporated into the discussions on the sidelines of the presentations. This provides new impetus for all participants.

Validation, prioritisation, inspiration

We use our events as a platform to present our new concepts and ideas and validate them directly with our user base. Of course, this also offers us enormous potential for strategic development: which topics inspire our customers? Where are the new challenges that need to be overcome? Time and again, close and direct dialogue with our customers inspires us to come up with new ideas and approaches. And it shows us which solutions many of our customers are enthusiastic about.

Experience with a feel-good factor

A good event stages emotions as well as content: location, atmosphere, culinary accompaniment, networking – all of this can turn a pure “presentation day” into a memorable experience. That’s why we always come up with something special: a themed zoo tour, for example, a playful and sporty finale or a cocktail evening in atmospheric surroundings. This brings people together and encourages informal exchange and that’s what matters to us.
