New module: Event Management for branches

This is how locations can now plan their customer events even more easily

We are constantly picking up on market trends and customer needs in order to further develop our MMS and specifically relieve marketing managers in their day-to-day business. This is also how the idea for our new “Event Management” module came about, which is now available to book. The module makes it easier for branches and sales locations to plan their customer events and offers an efficient link between customer communication and attendance management.

Event Management for various formats

Whether you want to organise track days or DIY workshops, set up a run club or invite people to health talks, bring travel destinations to life or invite your customers to a barbecue with a product showcase: Our new module makes your work easier. It supports you in announcing your event via social media posts or posters, maps the entire attendance management and always provides you with the current planning status on the dashboard.

How flexible is Attendance Management?

Numerous options in the Attendance Management guarantee that this module can be flexibly customised to your event. For example, you can use it to plan free and paid events, store different ticket categories (e.g. early bird, VIP or discounts), set maximum participant numbers and issue digital tickets for admission control. It is also possible to create a waiting list for fully booked events. Would you like to offer your guests additional information about the event or a route planner? Of course we support this, as well as various payment methods and complete payment processing. The Attendance Management tool is flexible and can be used for several events at the same time.

Is the module GDPR-compliant?

As with all socoto applications, security and data protection are always guaranteed. The module is data protection compliant in accordance with the GDPR and fulfils the high-quality standards of the technical infrastructure according to DCSA. SSL encryption ensures secure data transmission, and all data is stored on EU servers. The system also offers protection against bot logins.

User-friendliness that inspires

Anyone who knows us knows that we always attach great importance to user-friendliness. That’s why we have integrated the Attendance Management tool into the MMS in such a way that the campaign phase and actual event planning are linked. This makes it as easy to send invitations to customers by e-mail or WhatsApp as it is to quickly create a Facebook or Instagram post. Campaign links can also be used to track which channels the most registrations come from. Of course, automation also contributes to user-friendliness: with this new module, you no longer have to worry about booking, payment or cancellation confirmations. A special gadget: would you like to hand out a certificate of attendance after your event? You also have this option, and it will increase the impact of your event enormously.

With the new “Event Management” module, each of our customers’ individual locations can plan their regional events in a structured, clear and legally compliant manner. This leaves more time for day-to-day business and on-site customer support.
