And rightly so, socoto has now been awarded the title TOP Employer Medium-Sized Businesses 2022 by FOCUS-BUSINESS.
Focus Business has awarded socoto the title "Top Employer Medium-Sized Businesses 2022". For the study, around 38,000 companies were analysed and around 550,000 employee evaluations were taken into account. Around 4,000 companies were ultimately awarded. Ratings on the independent internet rating portal kununu were also taken into account, among other things.
"In the last 23 years, we have constantly developed, won great new customers and delighted existing customers, grown with every new challenge and our marketing management system was and is always state of the art. We have won many victories and unfortunately had to put away a few defeats from time to time. But all this is only possible with a great team of outstanding employees - and we have them," says Dr. Bernhard Gründer, Managing Partner, proudly.
For Nicole Erlenwein, Managing Director Key Account Management, the explanation lies in several areas: socoto invests a lot in further training for its employees - from purely technical qualifications to personal development. The clear orientation towards the future, innovation and sustainability also motivates employees and applicants. "Those who experience our company are often surprised how much personal responsibility and creativity is possible and necessary in the technical area, but also in support," emphasises Erlenwein.
And finally, socoto is constantly working intensively on strategy and positioning. "It is clear that our employees want to know where the journey is going," says René Beszon, Managing Director Software Development. Future vision and goal setting is therefore the top priority for the management trio.
