Triumph Motorcycles now utilizes socoto's comprehensive marketing tools and have implemented a marketing management system that ensures the planning, implementation and evaluation of complex marketing activities are conducted in an efficient, cost-effective way.

Especially for Triumph, socoto has developed a customer-oriented and easy-to-understand scorecard, which makes it possible to measure the performance of the individual dealers on the basis of points. Participation in events, ordering of shop articles or advertising material - everything flows into the ranking. In addition, budgets can be planned and reserved via the marketing plan.

Budget planning - automated and autonomous

Planning helps to utilise available budgets effectively and to keep a consistent overview. By means of an individual in-line report, individual traders can clearly keep track of what they have already spent, what is currently planned as well as, soon-to-be integrated, invoice and rebate tracking. The process is flexible and Triumph Head Office can also release additional planning budget ad-hoc to individual retailers for certain measures, so that individual retailers can take full advantage of market conditions.

For the Head Office and Regional Managers at Triumph, the marketing portal provides access to rights-and-roles based reports that summarise daily which retailer has participated in which campaign, with which input and output, as well as which budget share has been assigned or is already planned. With this bundling of processes and the use of one tool, socoto streamlines time-consuming work and query processes and reduces working time for data consolidation.
