Dual studies - a different kind of career

socoto and Trier University of Applied Sciences conclude a cooperation agreement for dual computer science studies, which offers the best prospects for the future in a digital world. It becomes particularly interesting when students get to know their future working world at an early stage. socoto, together with the University of Applied Sciences Trier, will be offering young people the opportunity to complete a practice-integrated dual course of study in computer science starting in the winter semester 2019/2020.Vice President Prof. Dr. Marc Regier from the University of Applied Sciences Trier and the managing partner of socoto, Dr. Bernhard Gründer, signed the cooperation agreement for joint training of students at the beginning of May 2019.  "We make it possible for passionate young people to contribute their skills in a targeted manner already during their studies and to combine their theoretical knowledge with practical experience," says Dr. Bernhard Gründer.René Beszon, head of development at socoto, accompanies the students as a central contact person on the practical side. He emphasizes: "With us, students can gain detailed insights into the various development departments, network and be part of a strong community at an early stage. This sustainable concept benefits both the students and our development teams.
